Pacific Exterminator is top notch. They are efficient and their pricing is extremely fair. We were having some construction done on our house and the workers found termites which halted the job. Kyle worked overtime to treat for termites so the remodel work was not delayed. I highly recommend this company.

This was the first time I’ve used Pacific Exterminators for pest control and I have to say I am so pleased with this experience!!! Kyle was very courteous and such a clear professional in what he does!!! He was very quick, efficient, and made sure to tackle the concerns I had that our last technician had missed while keeping me in the loop on what he was doing the entire process! I've been a property for quite some time now. I'd say 10+ years, just to not age me. I've worked with several pest companies and can I just say - Pacific Exterminator is THE BEST extermination vendor when it comes to - 1) responsiveness; 2) organization & prep 3) information 4) staff and above ALL ELSE 5) treatment!

Outstanding customer service. Gave thorough explanation of what was needed and how their service works. They did everything they said the would do and continue to monitor our property. How many times have you call a business at 6:30 AM to check scheduling and had the owner answer the telephone with, "Good Morning, Dennis." They are that good.
